080808 news

Good afternoon everyone,

I am not sure where they get the post time for these blogs, but to give you an idea I am posting at 3:00PM. Haley cannot have surgery until her infection is clear. We have scheduled surgery for Friday August 22 at 8:00AM. She is waiting for gastro to come and look at her g-button for replacement while we are here. It is a simple procedure and needs to be done. We should be going home by Monday and return in two weeks for the surgery. Please continue to pray that God would use this time to give the doctors wisdom about her situation and give us a good rest. I thank everyone once again for the thoughts, prayers, visits, food, chocolate, and of course love. We would not be this strong without each person that reads these blogs. Will update further as we know a better timeline of being discharged. (forgot to mention the injection antibiotics that need to finish before we leave) I would also like to thank everyone for not calling me out on my age.

I hope you guys know how many people are praying Haley and of ryou. What a praise that she is "pneumonia free": "Lord, we beg you to keep Haley clear of all infection. We thank you that your mercies are new every morning and every morning, we ask you to heal Haley in every intricate way that she needs. Thank you for the JOY that shines from this little precious girl that brings so much love to all who are in contact with her. Please continue to to give Pete and Michelle supernatural wisdom, strength and peace that can only come from the Prince of Peace. Fight every battle for them Lord, becuase you are God!
